FoundersCash Business Idea Challenge

These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") govern participation in the FoundersCash Business Idea Challenge ("Event"). By registering or participating, applicants ("Participants") agree to abide by all rules, decisions, and instructions issued by FoundersCash Ventures Private Limited ("FoundersCash", "Organizer").

1. Eligibility & Registration

  • 1.1. Registration for the primary idea submission is free of cost.
  • 1.2. Participants must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration.
  • 1.3. Any false information, misrepresentation, or violation of the registration affidavit will lead to immediate disqualification without notice.
  • 1.4. Submission of an idea does not guarantee selection for the live Business Idea Challenge.

2. Selection Process

  • 2.1. All submitted ideas will be screened by an internal technical committee and/or jury panel appointed by FoundersCash.
  • 2.2. The jury's decision regarding shortlisting is final, binding, and cannot be challenged.
  • 2.3. Shortlisted participants will be notified via Email, Phone Call, or WhatsApp using the contact details provided during registration.
  • 2.4. Selected participants must confirm their participation within the timeline communicated by the Organizer.

3. Participation Fee

  • 3.1. A nominal event participation fee may be charged from shortlisted participants before the event date.
  • 3.2. Fee amount, payment method, and deadline will be communicated directly by the Organizer.
  • 3.3. Failure to pay the participation fee within the designated time may result in forfeiture of participation.

4. Event Format

  • 4.1. The Business Idea Challenge will be conducted as an open-stage event.
  • 4.2. The event venue may include:
    • • Jury members
    • • Expert advisors
    • • Investors
    • • Delegates and general visitors
    • • Media personnel
  • 4.3. Participants must present their business idea personally at the designated venue, date, and time.

5. Media Rights

  • 5.1. FoundersCash Ventures Private Limited reserves full rights to record video and audio coverage of the entire event, including business idea presentations, interactions, stage activities, and event proceedings. The Organizer may publish or broadcast this content across social media platforms, digital platforms, websites, cable or satellite television channels, OTT platforms, or any other media channels deemed suitable.
  • 5.2. FoundersCash Ventures Private Limited does not guarantee or promise any media publicity to participants through any platform. Any media exposure, if it occurs, will be incidental and not part of the event benefits.

6. Organizer Rights (Changes & Modifications)

  • 6.1. FoundersCash reserves the exclusive right to modify, reschedule, postpone, or cancel the event date or venue, event format or agenda, prize structure, evaluation procedure, or any other event-related aspect.
  • 6.2. All such decisions are final and made at the sole discretion of the Organizer.

7. Use of Participant Data

  • 7.1. By registering, participants authorize FoundersCash to use their submitted data for future business communication, updates on entrepreneurship programs, relevant business support services, and communications through channel partners.
  • 7.2. Participant data will not be sold or misused beyond authorized business purposes.

8. Investment Disclaimer

  • 8.1. FoundersCash does not commit, promise, or guarantee investments, funding support, incubation or acceleration, or any business opportunity.
  • 8.2. Any investor or delegate attending the event who expresses interest in a participant's idea does so at their own discretion and risk.
  • 8.3. FoundersCash bears no responsibility for discussions, negotiations, agreements, or financial dealings between participants and third-party investors.

9. Intellectual Property & Idea Ownership

  • 9.1. Participants retain ownership of their submitted ideas.
  • 9.2. FoundersCash will not be responsible for intellectual property disputes before, during, or after the event.
  • 9.3. By participating, applicants acknowledge that presenting an idea in an open forum may expose the concept publicly.

10. Separate Digital Platform Listing

  • 10.1. Participation in the Business Idea Challenge does not include listing the idea on the FoundersCash digital platforms.
  • 10.2. Listing for investment-seeking purposes on FoundersCash platforms is a separate service with independent terms, processes, and fees (if any).
  • 10.3. Participants may independently apply for digital listing if they wish to seek investment visibility.

11. Conduct & Compliance

  • 11.1. Participants must maintain professional behavior throughout the event process.
  • 11.2. FoundersCash may disqualify participants for misconduct, non-compliance, or disruption of event proceedings.
  • 11.3. Participants must follow venue rules, safety guidelines, and applicable laws.

12. Liability & Indemnity

  • 12.1. FoundersCash will not be liable for any loss, injury, property damage, or costs incurred during participation.
  • 12.2. Participants agree to indemnify and hold FoundersCash harmless against any claims arising from their participation.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or participating, applicants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to all Terms & Conditions of the FoundersCash Business Idea Challenge.
